Below are some information for you to apply visa.

Documents to prepare:

Passport (valid for at least 6 months)
Passport photo 4x6 (white background)
Household registration book, certificate of birth, identity card, marriage certificate
Invitation letter (if any)
Labor contract, payroll in the last 3 months, permission on leave ...
Financial proof: savings book ...

For business travelers:

Invitation letter of the inviting company or inviting organisation
Employment contract or proof

Visa fees for EU depending on purpose and duration
Processing time: 2 - 4 weeks

VISA VIETNAM

Generally, you can directly obtain visa at the Vietnam Embassy or visa on arrival at airport.

Below are some information for you to apply Visa.

Tourist visa:
is granted for the purpose of leisure, sight-seeing. However, it is also accepted to be used in some circumstances such as: friend/family visiting, medical tourism.

Business visa:

is permitted for traveler to engage business related activities: conveying market research, meeting business partner, taking part in conference, etc.

Both visa have a validity of 1 month and 3 month.
